Assistant Project Manager
Client: Innov'events | 2019 | Events, creation
For two months, I supported the project managers of the Innov'Events Annecy agency, recently launched following the partnership between UP Animations and the national Innov'Events network. The agency was currently in the midst of its structuring phase and expanding its local operations.
My missions covered the creation of graphic content, the preparation of presentations for client meetings, as well as the research of ideas and content to feed into ongoing event projects.
This experience allowed me to consolidate my skills in visual communication, coordination and project management in an agile and expanding environment.
Design & propose
Within the agency, I contributed to the research of entertainment and venues for various events, with great freedom in the proposals, always validated by the project managers. It was also there that I created my first supplier quotes.
My main mission was the preparation of client presentations: design of visual supports to help with projection in the event (assemblies of decorated places, 3D simulation of structures, graphic sketches, internal labels, poster proposals, etc.).
Multi-project assistance
This mission allowed me to collaborate with several project managers in parallel, and thus to contribute to a diversity of events over a relatively short period.
In particular, I had the opportunity to see one of my creations being used in practice during the Odysséa event, organized in support of the fight against breast cancer: the graphic design of the photo booth, installed shortly before the end of my internship.
