Secretary of the BDE

Elected in 2021, I served for over a year as secretary of the BDE for my department, playing a key role in coordinating student activities and the administrative management of the association.
In post until the end of my diploma, I contributed to the organization of events, internal communication and the smooth running of exchanges between students, teachers and partners.
Event coordination
Following the pandemic, our program's Student Union had been left inactive. With a motivated team, we relaunched the association from scratch: officially registering, developing an events calendar, actively seeking partnerships to fund activities, and revitalizing student life.
We organized parties, offered useful and engaging content (tips, practical information), and revived the traditional prom sweatshirts. Communication was primarily based on Instagram, with an editorial approach designed to strengthen the bond between students.
