Coordinator & Iconographer
Client: Annecy Festival | April 2022 - July 2022 | Events, Coordination
During this internship, I was in charge of managing the photo library and monitoring the photo reports produced during the Festival. I was responsible for processing and distributing the visuals, both for internal communications and for press relations, ensuring that the images were adapted to their intended uses.
During the week of the event, I also coordinated a team of on-site photographers. At the same time, I conducted a benchmark for the implementation of a new internal media management system.
Photo library management
My main mission was to organize all the visuals produced by the company: portraits of guests, images of works and photographs of the different editions of the Festival.
I was responsible for processing, classifying, and referencing each image, assigning them the appropriate metadata, and then integrating them into the database and internal servers.
This mission, particularly intense during the week of the Festival, required great rigor, excellent organization and constant attention to detail.

Illustrate different media
I managed the distribution of images in response to internal and external requests, in conjunction with all communications departments:
Press
Graphic Design (especially when creating the Festival magazine)
Networks
Web publications
But I also worked a lot for the services
Partnership
Programming
Mifa (International Animated Film Market)
I had to acquire a complete knowledge of the company's history, its systems and its operations in order to respond to all needs, whether requests for archives or information on upcoming events.
Coordination
of the photo team
With a team of 12 photographers to supervise, we planned schedules, specified the subjects to be covered and ensured real-time monitoring of visual production.
Image management was carried out on a just-in-time basis: sorting, quality control and immediate transmission to respond to the numerous requests.
The edition was particularly intense, with 278 events covered (compared to 160 in 2019) and the arrival of new service providers. Despite the scale of the challenge, we delivered work that met the expectations of the various departments, combining efficiency and rigor.

Benchmark
At the end of my internship, I was tasked with carrying out a benchmark as part of a project to redesign internal digital tools, initiated after the closing of the Festival.
Working independently, I produced an analytical report designed to inform the company's choices for the development of a specific tool. As the project is still ongoing, the details remain confidential.
