Internal communication

As part of a university project, our team was approached by a company looking to refine its overall strategy. Several areas were explored: communication, positioning, and internal organization.


We formulated concrete recommendations, some of which were adopted by the company to inform its thinking. This mission allowed us to put our skills in strategic analysis and operational support into practice.

CSR diagnosis and recommendations

 

As part of a course project, we supported the Cyclable brand in a strategic reflection around its CSR approach.

Faced with the environmental challenges of the sector (particularly linked to the marketing of batteries and product traceability), we explored the ecological and social issues in collaboration with their teams.


The use of bicycles, already a source of responsible dynamics, was used as a lever to propose concrete areas for improvement aimed at strengthening the company's CSR policy.

CSR approach & crisis communication

 

Thanks to privileged access to the company's internal structure, we continued our CSR diagnostic work by delving deeper into governance dynamics and internal practices.


As an extension of this mission, we also developed crisis communication scenarios, in line with our academic teaching.


These proposals have been taken into account by the company, although the implementation of this type of strategy represents an investment that not all structures are ready to undertake immediately.
